Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using mundowork.com and MundoWork services, you accept these terms of service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of services
- Free discovery consultation to assess business needs.
- Installation and configuration of AI automation systems at $150 per hour.
- Maintenance, support and updates for $200 per month.
- Free AI visibility analysis tool at mundowork.com/analizar.
3. Pricing and payments
Installation prices are calculated at $150 per hour of configuration. The estimated time for each service will be communicated before work begins. The $200 monthly fee covers maintenance and support, and does not increase with the addition of new installed services.
4. Limitation of liability
MundoWork does not guarantee that its services will be free from interruptions or errors. In no event shall MundoWork be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services. MundoWork's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that state.
